Staying Loving In The Face Of Other's Unloving Behavior
Staying Loving In The Face Of Other's Unloving Behavior
One of our greatest challenges in relationships is to not get triggered into self-abandonment when others are unloving — to stay connected with ourselves rather than getting triggered into our wounded self.

    Money Mindset
I don’t know about you, but I was brought up to NOT talk about money.
I was encouraged to quietly give and reluctantly receive.

We can be moving through life so fast that we miss it! I love the zen proverb "If you don't have time to meditate for an hour every day, you should meditate for two hours"! My experience taught me that the "downtimes, make the doing times better". I learned that time spent doing a 10-minute meditation in the morning help me to be more focussed, effective and productive during the day.

An inspiring story about sharing time with your mum too, very precious times indeed.  less

Lissa M. Cowan November 17, 2020 Thank you, Deborah! I love that Zen proverb. So true! LOL. And yes we don't need to spend a lot of time to change our perspective. Just ten minutes in the morning can do wonders for increasing focus and presence during the day.
