  • Description Lissa 's heart-based story coaching and creativity coaching draw on somatic techniques that use the senses and the body as starting points for writing.

    Our life experiences are embedded in our bodies, and some studies suggest that even our parents' and grandparents' experiences can influence us in some way.

    Communicating with our body through what Lissa call "heart writing" allows you to connect deeply to your story or stories and to bring them to life.

    Lissa also offers creativity coaching to help you rediscover--and take back--your creative power. In our sessions, she works on helping you to confront any roadblocks that may sabotage your creative process. She helps you organize your time and set up a workable schedule to fit in--and finish--creative work.

    My one-on-one creativity coaching sessions are for people who feel they've lost some of their creative juju and want to get it back. It's also for those who wish to go deeper with a creative practice or to complete a creative project, though something may be blocking them.


    Guided Discovery: A one-hour session to go inward and determine where you're blocked and where you need guidance. We'll do a visualization, a writing exercise, and you'll receive a worksheet and resources to deepen the session's scope. (Cost: $130 US)​

    Making Time for Creating: Three one-hour sessions including Guided Discovery and two one-hour sessions where you'll go deep and come closer to understanding the resistance and blocks that prevent you from creating. This package includes visualizations, generative writing exercises, and strategies to help you move forward. (Cost: $272 US)


    Embodying You as a Creative Being: Five one-hour sessions over a two-month period with weekly prompts. This package includes Guided Discovery, Making Time for Creating, and one-on-one coaching and mentoring to further create strategies to help you complete your goals. (Cost: $499 US)

    Story Making: Three one-hour sessions including Guided Discovery and two one-hour sessions where you'll go deep and come closer to encountering your true nature. This package includes visualizations, generative writing exercises, worksheets, and story-making techniques that can lead to key themes of your personal story. (Cost: $272 US)


    Writing Your Heart Story: Five one-hour sessions over a two-month period. This package includes Guided Discovery,
    Story Making, and one-on-one coaching and mentoring to further shape and hone your heart story. Throughout you may focus on a question you'd like an answer to, such as a business idea you'd like to pursue or a relationship you're not sure about (Cost: $499 US)

We can be moving through life so fast that we miss it! I love the zen proverb "If you don't have time to meditate for an hour every day, you should meditate for two hours"! My experience taught me that the "downtimes, make the doing times better". I learned that time spent doing a 10-minute meditation in the morning help me to be more focussed, effective and productive during the day.
