      LaurenCrabtree I didn't know much about Tinnitus, thankyou for sharing! Whenever i have trouble sleeping my favourite ambient music to play while i drift off to sleep would be from Tibetan singing bowls, it leaves me in a beautiful sleepy trance!

      Blisspot Some of the old wives tales are the best. For example rubbing a spot you have bumped is comforting and soothing. Holding your forehead when you feel overwhelmed helps to calm your mind and help you think more clearly. Sometimes simple solutions are the best!
