The key is to think of something you are grateful for, however to EXPERIENCE the joy of gratitude, tune into how YOU FEEL, while thinking those thoughts. For example, I am so grateful for my three children. When I tune into how that makes me feel, my heart feels open and expanded and I experience joy radiating throughout my body. Like attracts like. When I am feeling joyful, I am more likely to attract joyful situations.
Ask yourself, "What are you grateful for and how does that make you FEEL?"
