His name Don Alfredo. A Shipobo shaman from Peru. That is him on the right side of video. Taken three years ago. An amazing human being.
He took me on the greatest adventure of my life. Sharing his teachings and ceremonies as we travelled through the Amazon in our canoes in search of Jaquars. I had the honour to spend time with him, learning about the master trees, healing my wounds and learning to be one with nature.
This Tuesday 7.30 aest on fb meditation will be in honour of him as I share some of his teachings and wisdom.

I have been to Peru and have worked with the Shaman's there. What an incredible photo, look at the size of that tree. I am sure the meditation would have been really beautiful.
