  Breathing into the stomach and as you breath out imagine the energy been released down the legs and out of the feet forming tree like roots.

  Imagine the roots going deep into the earth wrapping around the
 core of the earth. With each exhalation the roots become thicker and stronger. Continue to do this until you feel your feet firmly grounded.

  He took me on the greatest adventure of my life. Sharing his teachings and ceremonies as we travelled through the Amazon in our canoes in search of Jaquars. I had the honour to spend time with him, learning about the master trees, healing my wounds and learning to be one with nature.
  
  This Tuesday 7.30 aest on fb meditation will be in honour of him as I share some of his teachings and wisdom.
