We attract the same energy that we vibrate.
So STOP torturing yourself.
It’s not just saying the words but feeling and visualising the words that make affirmations work. Breathe them into your heart.
Then imagine a liquid gold light showering down from creator over your body and breath into your heart.
Try it out and let me know what you think. If you can’t believe or love yourself then how do you expect others to???
