Place one hand on the heart and say out loud everyday.
Everything in life that you seek can only come from within.
If you seek the real love of another You must first learn to love yourself.
Remember what you believe about yourself is what you project and what you project is what you will attract.
We attract the same energy that we vibrate.
So STOP torturing yourself.
It’s not just saying the words but feeling and visualising the words that make affirmations work. Breathe them into your heart.
Then imagine a liquid gold light showering down from creator over your body and breath into your heart.
