  As some of you know I am raising money to send to Don Alfredo's partner Claudia. Don Alfredo was an incredible inspiration, shaman and teacher who sadly passed away last week. He was from the Shipibo tribe in Amazon.

  He took me on the greatest adventure of my life. Sharing his teachings and ceremonies as we travelled through the Amazon in our canoes in search of Jaquars. I had the honour to spend time with him, learning about the master trees, healing my wounds and learning to be one with nature.
  
  This Tuesday 7.30 aest on fb meditation will be in honour of him as I share some of his teachings and wisdom.
