3. Nourish your mind with beautiful thoughts. Collaborate with you mind positively, make it your best friend. Your mind will serve it and support you when train it to be optimistic.
4. Trust that you have all the answers within you, even if this means being directed to other sources to find more information. Trust your inner wisdom.
5. Train your mind to be calm and still, when possible so you can go beyond the "noisiness" that your thoughts can create, and hear your inner wisdom.
