This Bircher Muesli is a great way to kick-start your day or at any time for a healthy, nutritious snack!
Makes 14 serves (380g per serve)
Ingredients:
- 1000g finely grated apple
- 700g oats
- 1000g normal yoghurt
- 1.5L milk
- 300g finely cut almonds
- 300g raspberries
- 300g blueberries
- 250g honey
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 8 hours
- Add almonds before packing/ serving
