Yet I know how difficult it can be sometimes, from personal experience, to see another's point of view because of our conditioning and fixed positions. However, it is when we soften, if just for a moment, and try to see the others point of view (even if we don't agree with it) that we can begin to build a bridge and allow true connection to occur. Being empathetic and validating how another feels (even if you would not feel that way yourself in the same situation) is one of the greatest gifts that you can give as they feel heard and respected.

Yet I know how difficult it can be sometimes, from personal experience, to see another's point of view because of our conditioning and fixed positions. However, it is when we soften, if just for a moment, and try to see the others point of view (even if we don't agree with it) that we can begin to build a bridge and allow true connection to occur.
