This week we are having a look at creating great relationships. The quality of our relationships can definitely affect the quality of our life. This can relate to romantic, family or work relationships. If they are stressful, they can zap our energy and joy that we could be experiencing. I know that by learning to be a better listener has really helped my relationships. Particularly with those closest to me, where it is easiest to get lost in my thoughts rather than paying 100% attention. What are the things that have helped you in your relationships? Once you can identify what you truely want out of life, you begin to craft your messages with others around this, helping to create a life that is positive and fulfilling, which then radiates into your loved ones lives too!
