One of my all time favourite topics! Lets make kindness the "new cool". People focus on money, getting more stuff, who isn't doing what and when, yet at the end of the day we all want people just to be kind to us, (particularly in our relationships) and see the best in us. If others are unable to do that for us, that is OK (we can't control other people) however we can be kind to ourselves.   This is my symbol of freedom and supporting the wildlife.�I was in an abusive relationship about 2 years ago now and after getting away and gone out of that I am free so I choose the eagle as my symbol of freedom for myself.

This is because symbolically the appearance of an eagle means that you have stepped into your courage to be all that you can be. You reach higher to become all that you are capable of. The eagle encourages you to look at things from a new, higher perspective. The eagle encourages you to be patient with the present; know that the future holds possibilities that you may not yet be able to see. You are about to take flight and soar.
