This weeks theme at Blisspot is "The Power of Kindness". One of my all time favourite topics! Lets make kindness the "new cool". People focus on money, getting more stuff, who isn't doing what and when, yet at the end of the day we all want people just to be kind to us, (particularly in our relationships) and see the best in us. If others are unable to do that for us, that is OK (we can't control other people) however we can be kind to ourselves.
