It is out ability to choose that gives us a sense of freedom and control over our own lives. When you involve the people who will impacted by the decision or inform them along the way, before the change has happened, it is more respectful and collaborative. They are even likely, not only to support you, but help you with the change if appropriate.
Open communication is often the key to flow and collaboration.

It is out ability to choose that gives us a sense of freedom and control over our own lives. When you involve the people who will impacted by the decision or inform them along the way, before the change has happened, it is more respectful and collaborative. They are even likely, not only to support you, but help you with the change if appropriate.
Open communication is often the key to flow and collaboration.
