Fitbit and other sleep monitoring tech always comes up in conversations, just like yesterday at the Institute of Directors networking event.
I always do my best to test out new technology and very open to how these can help us to sleep well at night, but so far I haven’t found one that has truly helped clients to go from insomnia to healthy sleep in a short period of time.
I am sure that as we advance more with how much we understand sleep, these will also improve and looking forward to what the future holds.
But for now, the answer is that in the majority of cases these cause more anxiety, more worry especially for those who are already struggling with their sleep.
I see it almost on a daily basis, day after day people ask me about my opinion so I thought I share what I think.
