Vance believes that every person has the wisdom within them to make the most out of their life. Vance has been a crisis counselor of 20 years and has spent the past decade working as a Life Coach and Consultant. Vance sees Life Coaching as both an alliance and partnership that empowers the client. The goal is to reconnect the client with their own power to create the life they want.
Vance uses a holistic approach when coaching. He takes into consideration the whole person and not just the problem areas to create a life's balance that brings lasting joy and strength.
