I also teach meditation and have skills in kinesiology, counseling, and psychology. I enjoy speaking at events, blogging, and being a guest on podcasts and radio shows.
I believe that when we synchronize our mind, body, and spirit, we can move beyond stress and struggle to live in a natural state of peace and harmony.

Your mind can work against you with negative thoughts and fixating itself on a problem. The key is to let go of the problem and allow "space" (rather than tension) within, for your inner wisdom to guide you in how to solve the problem in the best way possible.
You will know when this is happening because it will "feel" right.
