Right now, with all that is going on in the world many people are struggling to hold their focus - hold their vision. With fear rampant across the world with Covid 19, job losses, financial ruin and many other challenges people re facing, this is not surprising.
Learning to hold one's focus and vision is a daily task. It means finding the time, space, energy and resources to do so. Meditation is a good place to start. And then finding some key resources to use when one's mind goes from the positive to the negative. I use a process called 'The Where Am 'I' Right Now? process.
Set the alarm on your phone or watch to go off on the hour - every hour - from say, 7am - 7pm and when it goes off - ASK yourself the question: Where Am 'I' Right Now? Physically - Emotionally - Mentally - Spiritually.
If you are NOT in alignment in that moment - you can CHOOSE to realign yourself. Practice this exercise every day - on the hour - for a week and see how it can help you to stay focused and with your vision.
