Nobody makes you angry; you decide to use anger as a response
Changing the way you react to situations, and choosing to avoid the toxic feeling of anger, will shift your mindset and put you on a positive path. Our thoughts can become our actions, so feeling angry at someone or something can be a choice. Though we are all human and are imperfect, we can try to look at difficult situations from a different perspective and choose to react calmly.
