New Year can be a great time to reset and refocus on your goals. 💥 I personally love New Year as it is a fresh start. Time to let go of the things that are not working for us and do more of the things that are!
Tips for goal setting include:
1. Identify where you want to be in the future, say in three years from now. Did you know that people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in three years?
2. Break the long-term goal into smaller achievable steps.
3. Gather resources to achieve the goals.
4. Take action to achieve your goal! Nothing happens without action. It has been said that if you go out and meet "The Universe" halfway, you will find the support you are looking for to achieve your goals.
