I have been feeling disconnected from my spirit. How do I feel like “myself” again?

Your spirit is the divine vital force within you. When you are connected to your spirit you have a sense of well-being. Being absorbed by your fluctuating thoughts and emotions is what can make you feel disconnected from your spirit. Instead, learn to still your mind through tools such as meditation. For example: focus on your breath and breathe into any areas of your body that are tense, as this will dissipate the tension in your body, allowing your mind to feel still and peaceful.
Meditation also allows you to go beyond thoughts and emotions that can create a disturbance. Having a still, calm mind allows you to experience a state of presence, where you are naturally connected to your spirit.
Recognise and respect your spirit as your true self. Listen to and respect your spirit as it is guiding you on a path through life that is custom made for you. Therefore by creating a calm inner environment you will feel connected to your spirit and naturally like yourself again.
