I was sharing some information today about the importance of 'Meditation' and sharing how so many people do not have a REGULAR Meditation Practice - but keep skirting around the edges of Meditation without making a full commitment.
After 20+ years of Meditation Practice I still get challenged to find the time, energy, inclination or effort to do it - but I keep at it - day in and day out. This is what it takes.
I know that when I do commit and sit - I feel so good during and afterwards. This is the reward!

Meditation is a commitment but the rewards are immenselife changing. The journey towards inner peace and contentment. Ideally done every day even if just for a short time 5 or 10 minutes. Just as it takes effort to clean our teeth or exercise, it takes effort to meditate. Just as those activities are done daily for optimum oral hygiene and vitality, meditation is a daily activity to cultivate a clear and healthy mind. Thankyou for sharing and I love the photo of you by the fountain, how divine. less
