MEDITATION PRACTICE

I was sharing some information today about the importance of 'Meditation' and sharing how so many people do not have a REGULAR Meditation Practice - but keep skirting around the edges of Meditation without making a full commitment.

After 20+ years of Meditation Practice I still get challenged to find the time, energy, inclination or effort to do it - but I keep at it - day in and day out. This is what it takes.

I know that when I do commit and sit - I feel so good during and afterwards. This is the reward!

    Deborah Tyson I could not agree more Adrian. Meditation is a commitment but the rewards are immense�life changing. The journey towards inner peace and contentment. Ideally done every day even if just for a short time 5 or 10 minutes. Just as it takes effort to clean...  more
