Hello fellow Blisspot-ers!
Being a part of a mindful community I'm sure there's a few creatives on here, and I'd love to find out what your passions are!
Amongst many other things, i've recently taken up needle punching. It's kinda like making a rug but on a much smaller scale.
I believe channelling your energy into a creative practice can be so very therapeutic, its also one of my favourite ways to mediate!

    Deborah Tyson Lauren, how beautiful. When I was younger I loved making rugs with this method. Doing craft is so good for the soul. I must dig up that knitting I began!
