Joy, happiness and peace are all feelings, yet we can resist our feelings as we do not want to subject ourself to the pain of "negative emotions". Yet our "true self" is always kind, wise and courageous. It is bigger than our thoughts and emotions, including the negative ones, which are transient and designed to flow through our body.

If you feel stressed during the week, take moment to reset. Redirect your mind from any negativity it is experiencing, back to you strong and stable centre. When you practice doing this repeatedly, over time, you will feel more relaxed and calm on a daily basis.
