It is common to stress and worry about the negative or unexpected challenges that come our way in life.
However our stressing does not help, it in fact it can cause us to stop us from seeing the situation clearly. Sometimes we can stress about being stressed which adds fuel to the fire!
When we change our perspective and choose not to stress about the situation and instead "accept" it, we are enable to let go of the resistance that is keeping us stuck. Acceptance automatically puts us out of a stressed state and allows us to relax.
From a relaxed state we are able to let go of the things we cannot change and put our energy into areas where we can make a positive difference.
