If we are drawn to the pessimism in the world, consider the potential of thousands of other people to be lured into the same fear mongering. Peace is only a thought away. Consider the power of that phrase. A negative thought contributes to the unrest in the world. If hundreds of people buy into this way of thinking, the collective energy of humanity is negatively affected. In light of this, journal your answers to the following questions and reflect on them in the coming days.
- What aspect of fear makes it seem real for you?
- What aspect of fear drives your actions?
- What do you believe fear is trying to teach you, if anything?
- Who would you be without the fear? What would your life look like?
