My muscles are really sore after every workout, what can I do?

    Make sure you warm up your whole body before exercising.  Use a cardio warm up that includes jumping and jogging, as this will increases your heart rate indicating that your body is ready to exercise.Stretching before a

    Stretching before a workout is very important to prevent muscle damage or strain and it also decreases the chance of soreness the next day. However, the cool down post-workout is equally as important as this will allow your muscles to return to a relaxed state.

    It is a great idea to use a foam roller to deeply massage and relieve stress from your muscles. Having a bath can help as sore muscles and stiff joints can be alleviated by relaxing in warm water.
