    If you overeat and feel heavy—eat smaller portions of food and when people more than they need they will feel sluggish. Portion control yourself: take a certain amount of food in a container to work or serve your food away from the dining table (rather than buffet style) prevents you from eating more than you need.

    Cutting back on sugar and alcohol gives your body a chance get rid of toxins and clear your mind. Spend time with your family outside and get active as a team; go to the park or the beach for a runaround. When you go out, walk if where you need to go is close enough. Eating nutritious, nourishing food in the correct portions for your body size and getting your heart rate up once a day if possible will support you in living a healthy life.
