Start by eating smaller meals, more often and without skipping meal times, especially breakfast .Eat protein for breakfast, lunch and dinner which will nourish your body and you will not feel hungry.
Eat less sugar and more foods packed with starch, protein, fibre, iron and carbohydrates; balance is key! Also, drink plenty of water, at least eight cups a day!
