I love this quote about taking care of our mind. One of the most powerful things I have ever learnt, is the mind body connection, and how they are as one. How important it is to observe what we are thinking and be able to make choices around it. What we think impacts our health and happiness. For example, when we think calm and peaceful thoughts we feel calm and peaceful. Awareness of what we are thinking and feeling is the key to being able to choose how we think and feel. How we feel, within impacts our energy that radiates outwards, thus either having a positive or negative flow on effect to the greater world.
