When we "Accept What Is", our life can start to flow as we relax which allows us to receive insights from our inner wisdom! This can be a real challenge for our ego that likes things it own way. However when we accept life EXACTLY as it is, as if we had chosen it for ourself, we can start to experience a sense of freedom from the pain that is created when we exist life.
