Saturday this is the day we have a bit more time to kick back and relax an is a great opportunity to share anything that you think is relevant to the group. It can be a little story, inspiration or wisdom that you found helpful and may help others.
Something I discovered recently, is that humans are the only living beings that prolong sleep even when they are tired! I try to remember this and try to listen to what my body is telling me when I am tired. This can be really difficult when I am enjoying a great Netflix series, for example. However, getting enough rest really does give us more resilience to respond rather than react to any challenges during the day.
