Most people are experiencing a myriad of emotions right now as we try and deal with the Coronavirus Covid19 pandemic.  Some feel overwhelmed, others are sad, many are afraid or even angry.  All of these emotions are normal, but they are not all helpful.  Recognise what stage you are at and make a promise to yourself to move on.  Calm comes first with acceptance (not surrender but a willingness to adapt).

    Beautifully said Anne. Once we accept something (what we resist persists) we naturally move into a more calm and peaceful state where we can access the wisdom of our intuition.
