My coaching style adapts to each client however I consistently offer the highest level of support for my clients to create a space that allows them to grow and experience change with a positive lens and thrive as a result of the transformation taking place through the coaching process.
I focus on action-based coaching where I expect my clients to take action between our sessions, to move them forward from their problem space.
I have a holistic and humanistic approach to coaching that factors what makes each client unique, whether it’s their life experience, mindset or other commitments such as family.
I am an open-minded, non-judgemental person who guides my clients with both logic and a heart-centred approach to success with their life and business goals. My coaching toolkit utilises open ended coaching, neuro linguistic programming, the GROW model and meditation, guided visualisation and positive affirmations as tools.
My qualifications include:
Certificate of NLP Practitioner Coaching; Certificate in Transformative Meditation/Mindfulness; Graduate Certificate in Business Commercialisation (specialisation in Entrepreneurship); Graduate Certificate in Education (specialisation in Social Ecology); Bachelor of Arts, (major in Sociology), Diploma in Sustainable Living.
