About Me

  • Description Hello, I’m Fiona Harbour and I work with busy career people and entrepreneurs, encouraging each of us to use creativity and mindfulness practices so that we can better manage stress, have a greater sense of well-being, and re-connect with our inner essence.

    With almost two decades of experience in the corporate world, I know what ongoing stress can do to your health. I remember in the past, when I was heading for corporate career woman burnout. I renewed my daily mindfulness practice again and returned to some creative activities I had let go previously, and I recovered with a better sense of well-being, better ability to manage stress, get sick a lot less, and feel so much better than I did before. I credit my mindfulness practice with the fact that I now get through my day without losing focus like I used to, and I sleep well at night. I am able to be more fully present during
    my daytime tasks, and when I am with loved ones.

    This is what made me want to work with busy career people and entrepreneurs, who I can help to achieve the same results that I have.

    A little more about me... I live near Toronto, Canada. During my youth, I worked as a fashion model, before going on to attend the University of Guelph where I completed a double major degree in fine arts and art
    history. I studied improvisational theatre at Toronto’s Second City and worked in the corporate world in Toronto for many years. And I love to draw, write and record guided meditations, write poetry, knit, and to develop courses to encourage creativity and mindfulness.
