Description Hi there! I’m Amanda. A writer, speaker, and sex & intimacy coach dedicated to helping you come home to yourself and become more comfortable with sex and intimacy.

I believe that we have all been conditioned to carry different levels of shame around sex, sexuality and intimacy. And it’s robbing us of our pleasure, passion and joy. Being intimate with another person doesn’t always mean being sexual. Experiencing pleasure isn’t always a sexual act. It’s impacting us in the boardroom as well as in the bedroom.

Through my coaching, I help people like you go intimate with yourselves so you can foster genuine connections with those around you. My desire is to create a space where you feel safe to talk about sex, sexuality, intimacy and all things related and ask the questions you want a deeper response on. Together, we will slowly untangle the knows and pull down the armour that is stopping you from being intimate with yourself and others.
