How can I connect more deeply with people? I have always struggled with this - I have good friends and a loving partner but I still feel somewhat detached from them.

    Hi Daniel

    Yes that can be a really common problem. Perhaps look at your inner thoughts. Developing the mantra I connect really well with others, can be helpful. Smiling creates connection and even just saying hello can create a warm vibe between yourself and others. Treat others in the way you would like to be treated. Taking someone who is elderly and lonely for a coffee or doing their shopping are great ways to connect with others who are finding it hard to connect. Volunteer. When you put positive thoughts and energy out into the world the universe tends to meet you half-way and respond in kind.
