I’m Sally McGrath, and I know how to help you heal from burnout because I used the same process to piece my own life back together, one step at a time.
If you’re dealing with a stressful corporate career or building & managing a business and experiencing soul-crushing burnout, you’re not alone. I’ve experienced firsthand how bleak life can feel while you’re in the midst, or even on the verge of it.
Burning out is hell, treating beating burnout is progress, and remaining burnout-free is living.
I beat my first experience with burnout and my second, the third time I beat it and remained burnout-free.
The hardest part is identifying you are burning out because we are all taught to ignore the pain and push on and if you are "spiraling into burnout" ignoring the pain is not the answer.
My expertise in treating and preventing burnout is supported by 30-plus years in business, managing people and business operations, so I get the demands of work and life in the real world.
I love my work and my private program, Thrive and Alive is what I did for myself and have created for my clients to achieve sustainable results time and time again.
I'm a passionate advocate of burnout awareness and education, to remove the shame and stigma that is associated with burnout.

As an author and health educator, I work with individuals, like you (businesses and organisations too) to empower you to prevent burnout, learn about mental health hygiene, and achieve a sustainable work-life balance. Results from my work have prevented relationship breakdowns leading to divorce, culminated in positive life changing decisions, created happier families, improved business performance and consistently improved the whole health of body and mind for clients and their families.
