About Me

Description Kerry is a life coach, artist, writer, and teacher. One of her biggest passions is around personal growth and development. She particularly enjoys sharing how she learned to get a sober life through radical self-discovery and investing in learning new and empowering ways to live. She has witnessed and lived the profound impact we can make on our lives when we commit to personal transformation. She is dedicated to inspiring and helping others to make profound and lasting changes in their life too.

Kerry is the founder of the Academy of Well-Being. Using her experience in successfully healing from depression and addiction, Kerry has created online courses that teach you the powerful tools and techniques she used to create positive and lasting transformation in her life. These courses provide you with prescriptive guidance, tools, and strategies for creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with self, others, and the world around you. These courses focus on 3 core programs: Building the Foundation, Strengthening the Core, and Creating Lasting Change that teach you how to live the 12 principles of well-being for positive change.

She will help you put together a vision, define your goals, define activities to achieve your goals, and help with accountability, guidance, and encouragement.
